Pet Policy

Our pet policy entails a pet fee of $300 for one pet or $400 for two pets along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. We allow a maximum of two pets per home. However, certain breed restrictions apply. The restricted breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Perro De Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf-Hybrids, and Cane Corso.
